We have been trekking in Nepal twice, successfully completing in Nov/Dec 2010 the Annapurna Circuit/Sanctuary trek and again in March/April this year the Tamang/Langtang/Gosinkund/Helambru trek. We are currently planning to return next year to do the Everest Base Camp/3 Passes trek walking out via the Arun Valley, Each time Karna and his team have proved invaluable in providing us with a 1st class service. I was very lucky in April of this year to have Nepal Mother House Tours recommended to me. Annapurna Base Camp Trek was my first ever trek and so I wanted an enjoyable and well organized trip to the Annapurna Sanctuary. My motivation to do this trip was to raise awareness and money for underpriveledge children in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I set up a facebook event and asked Karna if he wouldn't mind posting daily reports of my progress, he did this conscientiously and with photographs from his personal collection. This allowed my family and friends to follow my 9 day trek to ABC. And have done Annapurna Circuit and Everest Base Camp with Nepal Mother House Treks. To me this is was good service and yes, Karna did go the extra mile for my cause, thank you!

I went on an Everest trek with Karna Rana. It was just me, him, and a porter. I was in Nepal for 14 days (I wish I could have stayed longer) and Karna arranged everything, from the moment he picked me up from the airport to when he dropped me off at the same airport 14 days later. He arranged for housing, meals, sightseeing in Kathmandu and Pokhara, and the trek. I chose him as a guide based on the recommendation of some dear and trustworthy friends who had been on a trek with him before, and in retrospect I made a very good choice.

I was in Nepal in June 2011 and was very grateful for the staff of Nepal Mother House Treks and Expedition for their guiding services. I travelled to Upper Mustang with a friend and had a marvelous 17 day trekking experience in Upper Mustang. Karna was very professional and reasonable in his set-up for the trip and the fees associated with the trekking adventure. We had a marvelous experience with our journey to Lo Manthang in Upper mustang.

All tickets bookings and permits were on time and delivered as promised for the Ghorepani poon Hill Trek. We found Karna Rana(our correspondent/ manager) very reliable, helpful, and fair when we wanted to change plans. The Guides, porters and hotels that were recommended gave very good service and advice. When you book somebody from the web you are taking a company on faith when you send a deposit. I was worried about coming to Nepal since I did not have time to plan the trip myself – however, Mr. Kipal Thapa (Guide of Nepal Mother House Treks & Expedition) figured at my entire Aruna Valley Trip in the Everest Base Camp from Tumlingtar via Salpa Pass for me! All things on the trip were perfect – better than I could have planned myself. Because I had such a great time on my trip, I am sure that I will be coming back to visit Nepal again! Everything hotels, Guides and transportation were perfect – I didn't have to worry about anything while on my trip. It was grand!

We are a group of three backpackers in our mid twenties on the final day of our around the world trip. We wished to plan the trip in advance and found the Nepal Mother House Treks & Expedition website very informative. Karna Rana was very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. On arrival in Kathmandu, it was great to be welcomed by Karna Rana and brought to his office where he gave us a detailed description of what was to be ahead of us over the next 12 days. We also got to meet our trekking guide there at the office.

We found the 12 days of Annapurna Base Camp trekking via Poon Hill a bit tough at times, but it was an absolutely amazing experience. We stayed in teahouse along the route, all of which meet are expectations. We found that both the guide and porter added immensely to the quality of our trip. Our guide spoke very good English, which allowed him to tell us his knowledge of the Country, area, route, mountains and local people. Thanks to all who made our trip to Nepal so enjoyable.
