Day 01 : Arrive at Kathmandu, Transfer to Hotel. Upon arrival at international airport meet assistants and transfer to the Hotel located at Thamel), take a rest and be free for the afternoon.
Day 02 : Full Day Kathmandu Valley World Heritage Site Sightseeing (1350m) Our tour guide leads you exploring around the Kathmandu valley for sightseeing. You will have a chance to explore the following historical and spiritual attractions: historic Kathmandu Durbar Square, the House of Living Goddess “Kumari,” and Kasthamandup temple (said to have been built from single tree in 16th century, Big bell-Big drams, with erotic carving in old temple, old palace etc.), Bouddhanath (the largest Stupa in Nepal), Swayambhunath (also known as the Monkey Temple, it is one of the oldest Buddhist Stupas in the world and is situated on a hill overlooking the city. On top of that it has been registered as a UNESCO heritage site), and Pasupatinath (located on the holy Bagmati river, this Hindu holy site is roaming with Sadhus and bathing pilgrims. Occasionally, funeral pyres are burnt on the Ghats). After these activities, you will head back to hotel and prepare for the upcoming treks. Stay overnight at the hotel. Day 03 : Drive Kathmandu to Sundarijal (1350m) -1 hour & trek to Chisapani (2300m) -3 to 4 hours We drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal on the northern edge of the Kathmandu valley for about an hour by private transport and start to hike through the Shivpuri Watershed and Wildlife Reserve. The first settlement we will come across is the sprawling Tamang settlement Mulkharka. The trail continues on a gentle climb through the forests ridges before it drops down to Chisopani (cold water) (2300m) situated on the ridge from where you can see countless snow peaks. The sunrise on the Himalaya, from Annapurna to Everest, is particularly outstanding from here. Stay overnight in a Star category Hotel.
Day 04 : Trek Chisapani to Jhule (2050 m) -4 to 5 hours After having breakfast, our trail leads to Jhule through the Shivapuri National Park. During the hike you can observe remarkable traces of a variety of crops in different villages, the lifestyle of local peoples, and beautiful mountain views beyond the hills. The trail goes through the peaceful jungle, sometime resounding with the chirping melody of the birds and hooting of fox and monkey. This national park is popular due to variety flora and fauna and the nearness of our Capital city of Kathmandu. Sometime you may encounter wild boars on the trail, and sometime black bears make a nuisance of themselves with the local people, destroying their crops. We will stay overnight at Jhule Mountain Resort, where all the food on offer is the produce of their farm.
Day 05 : Trek Jhule to Nagarkot (2156 m) -4 to 5 hours After breakfast, the trail leads us to Nagarkot (2156 m) - a long day hike featuring Nepalese village lifestyle and beautiful mountain views. After reaching Nagarkot, enjoy the sunset view and its offer of magnificent and panoramic views of many Himalayans ranges, including the 8,848 meters top of the world Mt. Everest. Among many incredible beauties of Nagarkot, the sunrise and sunset views over the mountains are one of the best. Stay overnight in a Star category Hotel in Nagarkot.
Day 06 : Trek Nagarkot to Dhulikhel -4 to 5 hours We wake-up early in the morning to see sunrise and the Eastern Himalayan views including Mt. Everest, and many other mountains. Then after breakfast we start our trek to Dhulikhel (2100m). The trek leads to Dhulikhel passing many pine forests and gorgeous rice terraces, on through the Nala village with many countryside activities. Dhulikhel is renowned for its splendorous Himalaya view, and for harboring many species of exotic birds. In addition the most popular attraction of Dhulikhel is the Newari culture and tradition. We stay overnight at Star category hotel in Dhulikhel.
Day 07 : Visit Namabuddha and trek down to Panuti village -4 to 5 hours, drive Back to Kathmandu Today, after having breakfast we start our journey toward to Namobudha (1982m), where a popular monastery is situated. Religious people often visit here for meditation and prayers. Panauti is renowned for its Newari culture and tradition, as well as the Indreshwar Mahadev Temple and the beautiful landscapes and for harbiring many species of exotic birds that can be seen all around. After that you will return back to Kathmandu by private vehicle for a stay overnight at Star category hotel.
Day 08 : Final Departure to your Destination Today is free for last minute shopping for souvenirs or gift to your family, friends, or relatives until your departure flight/drive. Our assistants will transfer you to the International Airport for your departure flight to your further destination.
