I am agreeing with you. I would be best to spent more days in the mountain then Kathmandu. But While organizing restricted area special permits (Upper Mustang, Manaslu, Dolpo,Narphu, Simikot etc.) the immigration office of Kathmandu asking your Nepal visa which must be validate entire trip and original passport with 4 copy of PP Size pictures each of you.  To make those permits, it takes almost whole one day to visit different office.  So, it would be best to start trip spent after few night at Kathmandu. But for the others trekking area (Annapurna, Langtang and Everest) you can start trip at same day of your arrival or next day.

Well, we provide you Tea House accommodation entire trek with twin bed sharing basic. Where you can get Hot and Cold Shower.  And can have meal at tea house.  We are pleased to provide you private room or attached bath room as well according to your requirement.

Normally, you will start trip 7:00  to 7:30 AM every day and you will stop for the lunch at tea house after 2 and half to 3 hours walking  or per as available following day trail and another 2 to 3 hours trip for you’re a day destination. You will stay overnight at Tea House or Home stay.

Yes this is important questions. Regarding the medical and evacuation; I wish you do not need be use this, if in case you need it, we can procession for you, we are anytime ready for your services. Just you need to insured up to 5,500 meters.

Our Guide have cell phone, most of the trekking route has access of Mobile. If not, then you can use landline Telephone, every village have Telephone services. We often communicate with our Guide about your trip. If you wish to update your massage to you family and relative, we are happy to assist you.  In some village you can use internet services also.

Thank you very much for your questions. Whatever I provided itinerary, this is usual itinerary what most of the trekker do.  But if would you like to entrance some days for the rest and enjoy, about 3 days will be good enough for your requirements. As you are in Nepal for holiday you can make shorter and longer your trip as you wish.

Well, most of the place, there are electricity by mini hydro power. If there is not, most of the teahouse has solar panel, where you can charge battery; they will take some money per hour basic.  But sometime you need multi pen to charge battery. For this you can buy in Kathmandu. And I got latest update; few places have WIFI services ( Everest Region, Annapurna and Manaslu) also now days.

Regarding the drinking water; most of the places you can buy bottle of mineral water, but for the environment concern, I would like suggest you use water purification methods; either using water purification drugs or filter machine  and Ultraviolet rage (Stair Pen). This will help to reduce the environment pollution.

Well, now a days you can buy Nepali SIM Card very easily, for this you need to fill up the form and Photo copy of your passport and PP size 2 pictures. They will charge NPR. 200 to 500. I will assist you to buy this.

As we are Nepal base trekking company; mostly we provide local Guide and porter, in order to give actual information for our clients. So, in your trip there will be Sherpa also.

Thank you very much for your questions, during trek would be best to wear Hiking Boots rather than running shoes, which will good for the feet and ankle support. And it could be snowing or need to walk on snow. So, batter to bring trekking boot with water proof.

Yes! I or some of my assistant will come to airport, and then you will be transfer to the hotel located at Tamel. Yes, I or some of my assistant will come to airport to pick up to the hotel.  We will be in airport arrival gate holding your name plate (E.g. MARY JUDE) with Nepal Mother House Treks. Here is our Location on Google map:

If  in case your flight going to be change or delay at last munities then your pervious time, kindly inform us as soon as possible early.

You can store stuff which is no need for the trekking either at our Office or in Hotel without any fee.

As my motto, give quality service with affordable price, will pre-book all accommodation on the trip. But it depends on condition, sometime our guide make booking by cell phone or if not access of telephone we need to book at same day. We will do our best to provide you best services.

Thank you very much for question, this is happen unexpectedly, I wise your entire trip try to make enjoyable and lifetime unforgettable.  Won’t be facing this kind of situation. If incase happen this condition, I need your insurance and evacuation Policy Number paper, except our Guide and other stuff (they are already insured by our company).  It will be processing as soon as possible. Anyway,   I will be contacting with our Guide times to again on his cell phone.

This is most important question, as we are provincial Trekking agency, all our Guide and staff has insurance and evacuation service. We do not wish this kind of situation, if unexpectedly happen, In this case we have alternative option; may arrangements other staff on the way, and continue to your destination. Or make decision accordingly your view. Sometime, if anyone is not well, all team might be paralyze also, it is depend on trekking route and following days weather circumstance.  I mean, some time you might need to be give off your rest of the trip also. But we will do our best to make successful trip.

Our Guide and Porter are well equipped (boats, jackets, others things) for the trekking, probably not good equipotent as yours.  It is not necessity provide them, but if would you like to offer them, they are pleased with you.

Well, Normally teahouse trekking porter carry an average 20 to 25 kg, if we follow rule and regulation.  So, please try to make bag 20 to 25 KG between both of you together.  The porter will be happy, if you can make less weight where as possible.

This is most important question.  Except few days, most of the time you can get drinking water entire trail (can buy or filter yourself) but self purification methods will be best regarding environment issues. So, please bring with you   purification machine or some other drugs. And, normally you need minimum 3 litter’s water each day, so considering this, bring water bottle about 4 litters each of you.

Normally, this is dry season in Nepal.  But due to unpredictable weather of Himalaya, it will be best bringing Water proof clothes or trousers and do not forget to bring bag cover or any materials to avoid get wet.
