Day 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu.Upon arrival at international airport, our waiting support team will meet and greet you at the airport assist and transfer to the Hotel.

Day 02 : Trekking preparation and permit paper work day. Trekking preparation and permit organize day. Please, check your insurance details and have a copy of your travel medical insurance policy with you.

Day 03 : Drive Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1440m) -7 to 8 hours Our Guide and Porter come to your hotel at 6:00 am. Then we head north out of Kathmandu to Syabru Besi about a 7/8 hour scenic drive by bus or Land cruiser (depending on group size). The scenery of foothills and ridgeline vistas to Syabrubesi goes through the Trishuli Bazaar, Betrawati and Dhunche you feel as if you are heading towards deep land. While passing along the road at the bank of Trishuli River you catch a glimpse of Ganesh Himal, terraces and green hills. Behind Trisuli Bazaar the road is tricky because of the grubby road. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 04 : Trek Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,470m) -5 to 6 hours As a first day of trekking, we find ourselves very excited. The first part of the trail crosses through Bhote Koshi and follows the Langtang Khola and gradually climbs to Bamboo (1960m). Enjoy yourself in the rhododendron and bamboo forests. The variety of wildlife includes yellow-throated martens, wild boars, langur monkeys, red pandas and Himalayan black bears that all inhabit this forest. Afterwards, your trek ascends gently to Rimche (2400m) through Bamboo which lies at the bank of Langtang Khola with only a few houses. Probably, we will have lunch at this place if you like. And at the end the trail we arrive at the Lama Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 05 : Trek Lama Hotel to Langtang (3,430m) -5 to 6 hours Today the trail climbs up towards a steep forest slope to the Langtang River. The trail follows Gumanechok, Ghoda Tabela literally it means the Horse Stable. After this the trail is gradual with beautiful views into the valley of grazing Yaks. After sometime it descends into a valley, the trail crosses a stream and climbs past several water-driven prayer wheels to the large settlement of Langtang. This is one of the oldest villages along this trekking route and the view from here is more spectacular as we get closer to mountain. The rest of the day we walk around village and stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 06 : Trek Langtang to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m) -3 to 4 hours The trail leads us through a tiny village with stone-built houses and climbing up to a Chorten and passed a huge mani wall along a gentle path. We have chance to taste cheese and curd made from yak milk, a specialty of this place. This is a short walk but enough for acclimatization. The surroundings are interesting also because of the famous cheese factory. This beautiful valley is in the lap of the Langtang Lirung and others around us. This is a good place to explore the local culture which is similar remarkably similar to Tibetan culture.

Day 07 : Explore day in Kyanjing Gumba Today is a day to rest and explore around. We can visit the monastery and the cheese factory or walk up the moraine to see the spectacular ice faces and tumbling glaciers of Langtang Lirung or ascend Kyangjin Ri (4350m) and Tserko Ri (5,000m), which is highest point of this trek, directly behind the village, for a breath-taking panorama of the langtang Lirung, Langtang range, Kinshung, Yansa Tsenji and the foot of the huge Lirung Glacier. Descend to guesthouse to stay overnight.

Day 08 : Trek Kyanjin Gompa to Langtang (3,430m) -3 hours After sleeping in we will have hot breakfast while observing surrounding snowy capped mountains with their breathtaking view. All the way downhill you will see fantastic views of towering mountain which you may have missed on the way up. If you have the energy, you can visit glacier after the 2 hour walk. Otherwise come back to Langtang and enjoy rest of the day around the village and mountainous beauties.

Day 09 : Trek Langtang Village to Bamboo Lodge (1960m) -4 to 5 hours After breakfast the trail retraces itself downhill to the Bamboo Lodge through the some ancient Tamang settlements with fantastic views of towering mountain and some wildlife and pine and Junipers forests. It is an enjoyable trail even to retrace. We will stay overnight at Lama Hotel.

Day 10 : Trek Bamboo to Syabrubesi (1440m) -4 to 5 hours Today also we retrace the trail all the way to Sybrubesi about 4 to 5 hours. For a change we will follow the so called ‘high’ route back to Syarubesi. This trail splits of the route we took upwards shortly after leaving the Lama Hotel. The route goes to the small village of Syarpagaon, and continues onto Bhanjyanggaon and then to Khangjung before descending back to Syabrubesi. This was the primary route to Langtang before the new trail (which we followed on our way up) was build (6 hrs).

Day 11 : Drive Syabrubesi to Kathmandu -7 to 8 hours We should be ready at 6:00 morning in hotel lobby to have your breakfast or ask questions to your trekking guide. We will drive back to Kathmandu through the road passing terraces, streams, rivers, local settlements, high hills along the Trishuli river side. It takes about 7 to 8 hours (conditional) to reach your hotel in Kathmandu by bus/ private car.

Day 12 : Your own destination. In this pleasant day you may have full day at leisure either relax at hotel or explore the around Thamel. Today is day of ending your journey, so we would like offer you farewell dinner in Nepali typical Restaurant and hand over you Trip Certificate, Trekking Permit and TIMS Card for memory of Nepal trip. Today is free or last minute shopping for souvenirs or gift to your family, friends or relatives for you until departure flight/drive. Our assist will be transfer to the International Airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination, taking with you the memory of a life time.

  • Never step over anyone feet/legs, and pull in your own legs when somebody wants to pass.
  • Never touch anybody with your feet, also never point in a direction using your feet. The feet are considered the most impure parts of the body.
  • When entering a house, somebody's kitchen, temple or monastery take off your shoes.
  • As a woman you should always be dressed avoiding provocation, so keep shoulders and legs covered.
  • It is very polite to give and accept with your right hand, and even more so when you use your left hand for supporting the elbow of your right hand.
  • When in doubt how to behave in certain situations; keep a low profile, do not shout and keep your dignity.
  • It is better not to touch offerings or persons when they are on way to shrines.
  • Beef is prohibited among both the Hindus and Buddhists. No female animal is killed for food.
  • You may not be allowed entry to the inner sanctuaries of temples and Stupas.
  • You may be interested to take snaps of temples, Stupas and monuments. Generally temples, Stupas and monuments are permitted to be photographed, but it is better to have permission before using your cameras.
