Day 01 : Arrive at Kathmandu Airport and Transfer to Hotel.Upon arrival at international airport, our waiting support team will meet and greet you at the airport assist and transfer to the Hotel "International Guest House", or similar standard located at heart of touristic hub Thamel, with peace garden restaurant, Wi-Fi, hot and cold shower running. Please, click on here for more info about hotel. After refreshment at hotel, walk to old market Asan & Indrachok (medieval business hub between Tibet and India) through the touristic hub Thamel. Welcome dinner at Nepali traditional restaurant with Nepali folk music and cultural dance. In glance the cultural program represent 1 hundred 23 different ethnic groups of Nepal. Back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02 : Full day Kathmandu Valley World Heritage sites TourOur Tour Guide comes to hotel around 8: 00 AM, at this time you will already have breakfast at hotel. The guide led you explore around Kathmandu valley world heritage sights. Have explore historical and spiritual attractions; including the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square; the House of Living Goddess “Kumari” and Kasthamandup temple” Said that was built from single tree in 16th century, Big bell-Big drams, Erotic carving in old temple, old palace etc., Swayambhunath; situated on top of the hill knows as the Monkey Temple is one of the oldest Buddhist Stupa in the world, and Bouddhanath; one of the largest Stupas in Nepal, which has been registered in UNICECO heritage side. Main while visit Thanka painting school, where you can see Mandala painting instruction. Pasupatinath; Hindus holy place, Sadhus and pilgrims bathing at occasionally, funeral pyres burning on the Ghats, located on the holy Bagmati river. Day 03 : Drive Kathmandu to Charaudi – 3 to 3 ½ hours & Thrishuli River rafting trip to Fisling – 3 to 4 hours Our trekking guide will come to the hotel in the morning at 6 O’clock to pick you with private transport. We’ll drive to Pokhara (200 km) which will take us about 6 to 7 hours on a very scenic route. Along the journey you will witness some stunning scenery of snow capped mountains, green hills, rivers in rafting, and villages. We will drive about 3 ½ hours Kathmandu to Charaudi by tourist bus, then your rafting trip start by expert Guide to the Kurintar/Fisling. This is amazing rafting with several upset and natural scenery. You will have lunch at rafting endin g point about 3 to 4 hours. You may stay overnight at resort in River Bank also.
Pokhara is a beautiful valley with panoramic views of Annapurna, Machapuchare (shape of fish tail), Dhaulagiri, Lamjung Himal and Manaslu. The town of Pokhara is set on the banks of the Phewa Lake. It is smaller and much less hectic than Kathmandu providing the perfect starting point for our trek. Stay overnight at Hotel.(Beganas Resort).

Day 04 : Drive Pokhara to Nayapul (1010m) – 1 to 1 ½ hours & trek to Tikhedunga (1570meters) - 3 to 4 hours This is first day trek your trek. After breakfast we drive to Nayapul about 1 and half hours by private vehicle from Pokhara. From where the 4 days trek begin. At first we walk 20 minutes along the banks of the Modi Khola. Then we reach Birethanti (1,015m) a large village that has many shops and teahouses, our Guide cheek in your permits at check post. The main inhabitants of this village are Gurung, Magar and Thakali, Thakali are very intelligent for business. Then, the trail continues following the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola through rice terrace, traditional villages and climbs steadily up the side of the valley to Hille (1,495m). After the short climb, we reach Tikhedhunga (1570m). Today’s walk offers a short and comparatively easy day, during the journey allowing us to get the full experience of trekking in Nepal. Stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 05 : Trek Thikdhunga to Ghorepani (2840m) -5 to 6 hours After breakfast, we begin our journey with a steep climb to large Magar village at Ulleri (2070m) after crossing a bridge. Then the trail leads us to ascend more gently, through dense forests of oak and rhododendrons towards Banthanti (2250m). Occasionally, we can see Longur (long tail black mouth Monkey) jumping in the trees. Then we trek towards Nangethanti (2460m), after an hour walk we arrive at Ghorepani (2840m). Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 06 : Hike up Ghorepani to Poon Hill (3210m) - 45 minutes, & trek to Tadapani (2520m) – 4 to 5 hours We will hike about 45 minutes up to Poon Hill (3210m) early in the morning. This viewpoint provides an unobstructed and beautiful view of the sunrise over the high Himalayas with panoramic view giants Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Annapurna (8,091m), Machhapuchere, Nilgiri, Hiuchuli, South Annapurna etc. Additionally we can see a network of other peaks, slowly beginning to appear like magic before our eyes. We come back to Ghorepani for a hot breakfast and start walking to Tadapani. Here the trail climbs alongside ridges with pine and rhododendron forests to the Deurali and then descends through beautiful waterfalls, streams, and dense forest to Banthati. The streams have some clear pools alongside the trail which finally climbs up to the final destination Tadapani meaning ‘Far water.’ This is the water supply for a village far away.

Day 07 : Trek Tadapani to Kimche via Ghandruk -4 to 5 hrs, drive back to Pokhara (950m) – 2 to 3 hours Today is an easier day, so after waking up to a late breakfast we will descend steeply through dense forests with breathtaking panorama view to the Ghaundrung village, with its inhabitants of Gurung ethnic group. But if you wake up early in the morning, it offers excellent sunrise views of mountains you have seen from at pervious day with different angle. This is pleasant walk to the Ghandruk village through the jungle and amazing landscape, finally you will get in Ghandruk about 3 to 4 hours walk, where you will have lunch. Meanwhile you may wonder around typical rural village around. Then again walk to Khimche (1604m) next one to one and half hours. Then drive to Pokhara about 2 to 3 hours by private vehicle followed by a ride back to Pokhara, a peaceful lakeside city harboring a unique setting of tropical climate and vegetation with the dramatic backdrop of the Himalayas. Stay overnight at Pokhara Hotel.(Beganas Resort).

Day 08 : Full day sightseeing at Pokhara Valley, visit most touristic attraction. After late breakfast, we will start sightseeing around Pokhara Valley with Nepal Mother House Treks and a well experienced Guide (probably myself –Karna). Visit the notable places; boating on tranquil Phewa/Fewa and visit Barahi temple and crossed Fhewa Lake by traditional colorful wooden boat. Then hike through the jungle about 30 to 45 munities to Biswashanti Stupa (World Peace Stupa) situated top on a hill just above the lake with tranquil lake view, amazing Pokhara view and wonderful mountains scenery. Then walk about 2 to 5 munities down another side drive to the drive the Guptehwar Mahadev Cave, Tibetan refugee settlement, Patalechhanga/ Devi’s fall (underground water fall), and International Mountaineering Museum. Then drive to the Old Market at heart of Pokhara to see ancient live hood of Nepalese. Then drive to hotel and rest of the time relax at Hotel, or do some shopping around. Stay overnight at hotel.(Beganas Resort).

Day 09 : Beganas Lake Resort Mediation, yoga At the Beganas Lake Resort, there are two sessions (Morning 6-8am & Evening 4-6pm) Yoga every day. The Yoga classes are run two Hatha Yoga. Afternoon sessions are usually more advanced Yoga following the Ayengar school of Yoga practice. Yogacharyas following two different schools of Yoga. Morning sessions are mostly Pranayama. Rest of the rime just relax at resort or wonder around the Lake. Stay overnight at a Begnas Lake Resort.

Day 10 : Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu -25 to 30 munities around afternoon or latter as you wish. All the crew transfer to airport for the Kathmandu flight. You may take late flight to Kathmandu and most of time spends at beautiful touristic city Pokhara. This will be enjoyable 25 to 30 munities flight with stunning scenery of snow capped mountains view, green hills, rivers and villages. The left side window seats would be best to sets in the plane for the mountains scenery. After arrive at Kathmandu airport you will transfer to Hotel (International Guest Hotel/Benchen Vihar).

Day 11 : Fly Kathmandu to Lumbini (Bhairawa); birth place of Lord Buhddha – 30 to 45 munities Today we will take flight in the morning due to need more time to explore Lumbini Holy Place; this is 30 to 45 munities scenic flight to the Bairawa. Then we will drive 30 to 45 munities to the hotel by private transport, located nearby Lumbini world heritage site. After refreshment our expert tour Guide leading you around holy Garden. There are many remarkable archaeological sites, Stupas, Monastery in the Lumbini. Among of them recently renovated Mayadevi Temple “the birth place of Lord Shakyamuni Buddha” is most important duet to this is birth place of Lord Gautam Buddha. At the middle of the temple there is a stone image as remark of Mayadevi giving birth to Buddha holding unto a branch of a tree. The Ashok Pillar, which is erected by Emperor Asoka at 4th century, is signifies of Lumbini as an evident of birth place of Lord Buddha is another attraction of this place. You will also see the remnants of ancient Stupas and monasteries all over the area. There are several other landmarks such as Museum and other many sacred monasteries, Stupa, Debalaya, representative by different country from the world. The recently constructed international monastic zone is yet another attraction of this place. Apart from its religious significance, you will also be endowed with its cultural and natural aspects. You may participate evening Puja at Maya Devi Temple to respect Lord Buddha and his precious principle. We will later drive back to the hotel for the overnight stay. Day 12 : Morning flight Bhairawa to Kathmandu – 30 to 45 mutinies & transfer to Monastery for overnight stay. This morning you may participate to morning ceremony at main temple (Mayadevi). You may meditation few hours in the monastery or garden. A full day will be sufficient to look around the garden for the most attraction site. There are many worth able places nearby Lumbini garden. It is worth to visit traditional village to explore their life style and culture. Then drive to Bhairawa for Kathmandu flight. After about half hours flight you arrived at Kathmandu. Our driver will be waiting for you at the domestic terminal. Then drive to the Monastery at Chhauni (nearby Swayambhunath) for overnight stay. You will participate for Yoga Meditation by Yoga master and Buddhist philosophy by seiner monk. (International Guest house/Benchen Vihar)

Day 13 : Final Departure to your Destination This is pleasant day for you, may have full day at leisure either relax at hotel or explore the around Thamel. Today is day of ending your journey, so we would like offer you farewell program hand over you Trip Certificate, Trekking Permit and TIMS Card for memory of Nepal trip. Today is free or last minute shopping for souvenirs or gift to your family, friends or relatives for you until departure flight/drive. Our assist will be transfer to the International Airport for you’re onwards destination, taking with you the memory of a life time.

Few things are worth arranging while you are at home. Please note down these list details before your departure, this tips will help to make your trip enjoyable:

  • Read travel advice, inform yourself before travelling and get advice locally when you arrive.
  • Make sure your passport valid date during your travel and consult about visa processing.

  • Remember, the local laws apply to you as a visitor and it is your responsibility to follow them.
  • Be sensitive to local customs, traditions and practices as your behavior may be seen as improper, hostile or even illegal.
  • Never step over anyone feet/legs, and pull in your own legs when somebody wants to pass.
  • Never touch anybody with your feet, also never point in a direction using your feet. The feet are considered the most impure parts of the body.
  • When entering a house, somebody's kitchen, temple or monastery take off your shoes.
  • As a woman you should always be dressed avoiding provocation, so keep shoulders and legs covered.
  • It is very polite to give and accept with your right hand, and even more so when you use your left hand for supporting the elbow of your right hand.
  • When in doubt how to behave in certain situations; keep a low profile, do not shout and keep your dignity.
  • It is better not to touch offerings or persons when they are on way to shrines.
  • Beef is prohibited among both the Hindus and Buddhists. No female animal is killed for food.
  • You may not be allowed entry to the inner sanctuaries of temples and Stupas.
  • You may be interested to take snaps of temples, Stupas and monuments. Generally temples, Stupas and monuments are permitted to be photographed, but it is better to have permission before using your cameras.
